PEUGEOT has strengthened existing ties with sporting superstars by supporting three up-and-coming UK athletes in varied disciplines. Each Rising Star has the potential to reach the peak of their chosen sport, and PEUGEOT are extremely proud to be associated with three outstanding prospects.
Lauren Steadman’s (pictured above) short career has seen her debut as a swimmer in the 2008 Paralympic games in Bejing, and competed at London 2012. She then switched disciplines to the triathlon, making the GB team for Rio 2016 after achieving first place in multiple competitions. Read our interview with Lauren here
Jake Hersey (pictured above), a British tennis player who is a European doubles U16 champion, thanks to victory representing Great Britain in Moscow. Jake has participated in competitions across the world, winning tournaments in Slovakia, Tunisia and Sweden, and was afforded the opportunity to interview his hero, Novak Djokovic last year.
Jodie Stimpson (pictured above) is a triathlete with an incredible record, winning in the UK and abroad in both single events and tournaments. Competing professionally since 2009, Jodie has been victorious in Abu Dhabi, South Africa, Germany, Australia and in the UK, making her one of the top triathletes competing today.
